When will my order arrive?

- Shipping times vary with carrier. You will receive an email with tracking once your order has shipped. U.S. orders are on a 7-10 business day processing time.

What size does my pup wear?

- We recommend measuring your dogs neck to figure out the right size bandana you'll need. If your pup is in between sizes, size up! You can always tie then snap your bandana if it's too large. Our size chart is in the description of every listing!

I placed my order but I forgot to use my code, can you apply it?

- Unfortunately, after your order has been placed, we are unable to add a code to your order. 

Can you do custom orders?

- YES! Custom orders are some of my favorite orders. Email or DM us on Instagram for info.

Can I wash my Derpy Danas?

- Yes! We recommend washing your 'danas with dish detergent and warm water by hand. Lay flat to air dry. Iron as needed, avoid ironing the cork tag.
